Premiere Dance of Flemington November 30, 2009 Re: Recital 2010 Information, Costume Prices Dear Premiere Dance of Flemington Parents and Students, All students are invited to participate in our annual dance recital, which will be held at JP Case Middle School. See below for dress rehearsal/recital dates and times. Costumes for the recital must be ordered in January to arrive in time for the show. On the reverse, you will find the price list for this year’s costumes. If you do not see a separate price for boys’ costumes on the list, that means the price is the same as the girls. Dress rehearsals and recitals will be separated into three separate shows. Families with more than one child enrolled and students who take more than one class per week may be performing in more than one show. ALL STUDENTS ARE ASKED TO BE AT JP CASE MIDDLE SCHOOL ONE HALF HOUR PRIOR TO EACH TIME STATED. Dress rehearsal/recital schedule is as follows:
Show 1- Dress rehearsal is Tuesday, 1 at 6:30 p.m. (Be there at 6:00 p.m.) Recital is Saturday, June 5 at 1:00 p.m. (Be there at 12:30 p.m.)
Show 2- Dress rehearsal is Wednesday, June 2 at 5:30 p.m. (Be there at 5:00 p.m.) Recital is Saturday, June 5 at 4:00 p.m. (Be there at 3:30 p.m.)
Show 3- Dress rehearsal is Wednesday, June 2 at 7:30 p.m. (Be there at 7:00 p.m.) Recital is Saturday, June 5 at 7:00 p.m. (Be there at 6:30 p.m.)
The finale will be rehearsed first at all rehearsals. You will be notified at a later date as to which classes will be performing in shows 1, 2, and 3. Participation in the recital is not mandatory. However, once commitment is made, you are responsible for all of your costumes and accessories. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON COSTUME PAYMENTS FOR ANY REASON ONCE ORDERS ARE SENT TO THE COSTUME COMPANIES. All costumes must be paid in full by December 15, 2009. High School Seniors: Please leave your name at the front desk so I can include you when I send out a memo regarding the Senior Presentation. The presentation will take place during the show 3 finale. If you do not leave your name, you will not be included.
